Brazil Brand Assistant (based in São Paulo)

Goal of the role

Help Inner Circle build a community of single people who consider the app reference when it comes to qualitative content (primarily influencer marketing) and experiences in the dating universe. Support the Marketing team with the execution of influencers & other marketing tactics.

Key focus areas

1. Support Influencers Strategies to generate Brand Love and engage possible new members - Be a hands-on team player to ensure the successful execution of the influencers' plan in Brazil, following the deadlines, processes, and budget commitment.

2. Assist the Brand Marketeer on other important tactics like events, digital content and brand partnerships so people fall in love with our brand - The Marketeer and other team members support the planning and execution of events, brand campaigns and other brand activations that generate nice content for the digital environment to position the brand and create “the talk”, provoke FOMO and bringing all the cool singles to our community.

3. Be the brand's eyes and ears on new social networks, anticipate trends that can be adapted into the dating universe - Be alert to trends on platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, BeReal, Twitch, Shoelace, Hello, and their creators to contribute to content planning for our channels, transforming concepts into tactics.

Requirements

• Either recently-graduated or currently studying Marketing, Communications, PR or any similar major with 50% of advance
• Fluent English is desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Social media aptitude with a creative mind and attention to detail
