Goal of the Role

As CTO at Inner Circle, you'll shape and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy that accelerates product/market fit, ensuring our product evolves to meet current and emerging customer needs. You’ll lead and grow a high-performing engineering team while scaling technology to support business growth.

As part of the management team, the CTO will directly influence product direction, explore new business opportunities, and champion a user-focused approach. The ideal candidate brings significant experience in building consumer-facing applications, will roll up their sleeves to code when needed, and will mentor a lean engineering team toward delivering a world-class product experience.

1. Shape and Refine Technology Strategy to Accelerate Product/Market Fit
   Align our technology strategy with customer needs and business objectives, ensuring technology decisions drive product adoption, engagement and competitive differentiation.
   
   

2. Deliver a Scalable and High-Performing Tech Infrastructure
   Build and maintain a secure, scalable and high-performing technology infrastructure that supports rapid growth while ensuring reliability, uptime and efficient technical operations.
   

3. Lead and Grow a High-Performance Engineering Team
   Recruit, develop and inspire a top-tier engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning to drive execution at scale.
   
   

4. Accelerate Product Development with Agile and Data-Driven Execution
   Streamline engineering processes to enable rapid and high-quality product development, leveraging data and experimentation to prioritize impactful features and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
   
   

5. Future-Proof Our Technology and Drive Innovation
   Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, making strategic investments that enhance user experience, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments

• Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams (6+ years of experience in leadership role).

• Strong technical foundation & curiosity, have a background in Mathematics, Computer science or similar.

• Strategic vision coupled with hands-on approach (ability to create and communicate a compelling technology roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Data-driven & user-centric execution (strong belief in experimentation, measurement, and analytics to drive product and technology decisions).

• Expertise in Agile product-delivery (rapid iteration cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features).

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

• Hands-on experience in front-end, mobile, and full-stack development.

• Experience founding and leading your own startup.
