Are you an experienced (Sponsored) Content Marketing Specialist based in Buenos Aires, looking to make your mark on a platform that touches (and brings together) the hearts of millions of people? Then you’re at the right place.

As digital Content Marketing Specialist your goal is to create a constant stream of online articles that generate growth across our LATAM markets. You leverage our campaigns, events, and product features by creating digital content that is optimised for bringing in new members while supporting our brand message.

You will be part of our global Content Marketing team and will report into Annabel Edwards. You will work closely together with our Performance marketeers, latam team and other disciplines.


How will you do this?

  1. By hustling, and building strong relationships - You’ll find cool digital publications, media outlets and creators to reach out to. You close commercially clever deals, and set up digital content campaigns that will ultimately contribute to our growth while maintaining ROI.

  2. By creating content for specific KPIs - You’re data-driven in your approach to meet your acquisition targets. By taking ownership of the advertorial content stream for LATAM markets, you will develop a thorough understanding of what makes each of them tick.
    You’ll also ensure the influencers we work with deliver content that reaches our new member targets, while at the same time engaging our audience with our brand messaging.

  3. With excellent copywriting skills - You’ll be able to create strong briefs, edit articles from external publications, and even write your own advertorials that ultimately drive new users.

  4. By constantly innovating - You’ll employ a growth mindset, always looking for creative and new ways to drive sign ups via content that is both relevant and on-brand. You know which channels to use, and you’re not afraid to be daring in your approach to trying new formats and ways of working.

  5. By collaborating cross-functionally - Using your creative flair, you’ll help us turn our brand stories, campaigns, influencer strategies and events into content opportunities to bring in new members. You’ll work collaboratively with the brand, PR, support and product teams as you search for stories to tell in each of your markets.

Job requirements

What will make you successful?

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably working with sponsored content or media partnerships.

  • A creative yet data-driven mindset that will enable you to turn brand stories into performance marketing campaigns.

  • You are a persuasive copy writer.

  • You have experience in deal making and know how to ask the right questions.

  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal English.
