Goal of the role

As our Conversion Copywriter, you build a continuous stream of creative copy that touches the entire customer journey and gets the reader to click and convert.

You’re a creative problem solver who’s skilled in thinking strategically and negotiating key deliverables with exceptional quality and amazing speed. You combine the art and science of conversion copywriting masterfully. You’re the one everyone goes to when it’s time to put in words ideas, email sequences, landing pages and, ultimately, phrases that move the reader to “act”.

This role sits within the Global Brand Team and reports to the Head of Brand and a dotted line to the Head of Comms.


Result Areas

  1. Create a highly engaged user experience by writing conversion-focused copy across the in-app user journey. 

  2. Deliver a creative, engaging, persuasive and on-brand copy to support our marketing campaigns including CRM, social media and campaign copy.

  3. Generate word-of-mouth by bringing our distinctive tone of voice to life across brand initiatives. 

  4. Follow and champion a data-first approach to crafting copy, with voice-of-customer data and data-driven insights. 

  5. Manage all translation requests and processes for delivering the same brand experience and message across our markets in Latin America and Europe.

Must have
