As CRM & Lifecycle Marketer, you make sure our members stay active and engaged by running and improving the communication they receive inside and outside the app. You coordinate and create CRM campaigns across markets, improve messaging that drives activity and use insights to spot opportunities in the user journey.

What you’ll drive:

  1. Run the global CRM calendar and make sure campaigns go out smoothly across our markets.

  • Plan and schedule push notifications, emails and in-app alerts

  • Create campaigns with local marketing teams

  • Use campaign performance data to scale the best-performing messaging and campaigns across markets

2. Improve lifecycle messaging to increase activation, engagement and retention

  • Optimise copy, tone and messaging angles in automated pushes, IAAs and emails

  • Improve onboarding, activity and reactivation messages

  • Identify what works and scale successful messaging across markets


3. Identify funnel bottlenecks to propose and execute lifecycle improvements

  • Analyse where users drop off in onboarding, activity and matching

  • Turn insights into ideas for lifecycle triggers that help the user progress

  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to bring these improvements to life


4. Drive engaging lifecycle content across in-app and blog channels

  • Coordinate in-app content that keeps members engaged and returning to the app

  • Manage and publish blog content across markets

  • Use performance insights to improve content and engagement

  • Optimise blog content for SEO and AI search discoverability

Job requirements

What will help you be successful

  • You have ~2 years of experience in (content) marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing and enjoy working on campaigns, messaging and engagement.

  • You are a proactive driver. You take ownership, push campaigns forward and look for ways to improve things without waiting for instructions.

  • You are structured and organised. You keep a clear overview of campaigns across markets and ensure communication goes out reliably and on time.

  • You have a strong creative marketing sense. You recognise good messaging and enjoy improving copy, campaign ideas and content that motivate members to engage.

  • You are analytical and curious. You like looking at campaign results and using insights to improve messaging, timing and engagement.

  • You are comfortable working with AI tools to create text, images and other content at scale.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.

  • Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong plus, as most CRM communication happens in LATAM markets.
