Digital Marketing Internships (2 Opportunities)

We are offering two internship opportunities within our Global Digital team:

 1️⃣ Digital Marketing Internship

 2️⃣ Customer Marketing Internship

What You’ll Do

Option 1: Digital Marketing Internship

In this role, you will support our team in executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns, enhancing our App Store presence, and building insightful performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with running and analyzing campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

• Execute social media content boosting strategies for TikTok and Instagram, including budgeting and reporting.

• Support our App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy: help create assets, track competitors, and improve visibility.

• Build clear, data-driven reports to support decision-making.

Option 2: Customer Marketing Internship

In this role, you will create and optimize engaging communications across emails, push notifications, and in-app alerts to enhance the member experience.  You will work closely with our local marketing teams to ensure our brand's voice is consistent and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CRM calendar: develop and implement new push notifications, in-app alerts, and emails to foster connections and interactions across all markets.

• Propose and execute experiments to improve communication performance through optimized copy, visuals, timing, and segmentation.

• Monitor and report on Customer Marketing communication performance, and share insights and learnings with the stakeholders.

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven student eager to gain hands-on experience and apply your marketing skills in a real-world setting. You have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and are excited to contribute to projects that impact millions of users worldwide. You're genuinely curious about how dating apps work - and bonus points if you've already checked ours out.

• Eligibility: You must be a student enrolled at a Dutch University or Hogeschool.
