As a dating app, getting people together is at the heart of everything we do. Joining our team as a Events & Partnerships intern, will give you hands-on experience at organising events and contracting clever brand partnerships to elevate the Inner Circle brand. You will be given the opportunity to get your hands dirty while learning about events marketing and strategy, and how to create an impact for a brand.

The #1 goal of your role is to help building the the Inner Circle brand through regular and impactful events and brand partnerships.

Are you a creative events or marketing student looking for your next challenge? Do you know how to bring in the WOW factor that turns a party into The Party? Are you hands-on and looking to gain real working experience in creating events from A to Z and solid brand partnerships? Then we’re looking for you! The internship is for 6 months and starts in September 2021 (fulltime).

What are your main result area’s?

1. Events execution - understanding and executing the events strategy of the company. This includes liaising with ambassadors from different cities, closing deals with venues, organising for entertainment, and managing events budgets.

2. Events promotion - through CRM, promoting Inner Circle events and enticing existing members to attend.

Liaising with different teams and exploring opportunities to promote events externally as well as contributing to increase new approved members (through media partnerships, social content, performance).

3. Brand partnerships ideation and execution - suggesting new creative ideas for brand partnerships and have these positively impact the Inner Circle brand and reputation. Brainstorming on brand activations to raise awareness into untouched audiences.

Job requirements

  • You are a UK-based student looking to begin an internship in autumn as a compulsory part of your undergraduate degree (work placement / "sandwich year" / "year in industry"). We are happy to consider interns for shorter periods (e.g. 4-6 months) if the university allows this.
  • You are a people person and study events and / or marketing

  • You can work with us for a minimum 6 months, full time

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • You’re creative, motivated, hard-working, proactive and keen to learn

  • You live in London
