Junior Performance Marketing Analyst (Sao Paulo - contractor)

What You'll Do

As a Jr. Performance Marketing Analyst, your primary mission will be executing and analyzing paid campaigns, to drive growth. You’ll also collaborate with other team-members to implement the digital marketing strategy across different tactics, to promote not only paid but organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and optimise paid campaigns across various channels (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads), promoting overall growth in new users and other relevant KPIs through different campaign goals - from top-funnel to lower-funnel. 

• Build comprehensive and actionable reports about the campaigns performance, generating insights about the channels, campaign goals, segmentation and creatives. 

• Study and propose new high-potential places to expand our presence in Brazil.

• Collaborate with Brand and CRM teams to implement the digital marketing plan effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, either from agency side or company side.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.).

• Proficiency in the English language required.
