This isn’t your average junior role - it’s your front-row seat to shaping how Inner Circle shows up across LATAM and beyond. From influencer campaigns to in-app communities, you’ll be the one keeping things sharp, fresh, and buzzing. If you’ve got the languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese) and the hustle, we’ve got the opportunity for you.

Goal of the role:

You’ll support influencer campaigns, manage our LATAM (ES) and Global (EN) Instagram and TikTok accounts, plan and execute CRM, and help build vibrant communities in-app. From keeping campaigns on track to spotting what’s trending before everyone else, you’ll be hands-on in making sure Inner Circle stays sharp, relevant, and impossible to ignore.

What you’ll do:

  • Support influencer campaigns in Argentina & Colombia

  • Plan and post for LatAm and Global Instagram + TikTok

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns

  • Curate and grow in-app Circles

  • Report on marketing performance

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • You speak Spanish, English and Portuguese

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing

  • You’re organized, proactive, creative and detail-oriented
