Goal of the role

Your role is to improve the way we use data in the marketing team, acting both as an embedded analyst and as a ‘product owner’ for MarTech/attribution improvements. On both fronts, your ideas will be translated into concrete marketing initiatives designed to drive scalable and measurable member growth in our key markets. You will be part of the marketing team but also work daily with data/engineering colleagues, acting as a bridge between those two sides of the company.

This all to bring more single people together and change the course of their lives.

Four result areas

  1. Own our marketing data (reporting, analysis, competition, etc) and provide insights to increase conversion and member growth.
  2. Create clear ad attribution, conversion pushback and spend integrations across channels, ensuring we have accurate information in all the right places across the marketing funnel. 
  3. Define new user acquisition strategies and experiments
  4. Optimize touchpoints in the user journey to increase conversions

Job requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing Analytics in tech/e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of attribution modelling and conversion pushback, ideally in-app & web business
  • Managed marketing budgets, both off- and online
  • Experienced SQL, data warehouse experience a plus
  • Experienced in a BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with advertising technology and related measurement (e.g. cookies, device ids, MMPs) is a plus
