Marketing Lead LATAM

As LATAM Marketing Lead you manage the member growth of Inner Circle in LATAM markets with a current focus on Brazil and Argentina and possible future markets to come. In this role you will focus on increasing the number of new users through brand marketing initiatives and position Inner Circle as the number one High Quality dating app of choice. Ultimately helping us achieve our mission: every second a member gets together.

This role is based in São Paulo and you will be reporting directly into our CMO, Nora Kaijser and lead our local teams in São Paulo and Buenos Aires.

What are your main result areas?

1) Drive growth of organic NAM through different brand marketing tactics
Own the LATAM goals and corresponding KPI’s and develop and coordinate actions with your team to steer on targets and catalyse growth per city. Launch local initiatives (campaigns, partnerships, pr, events, social content, etc) and localise global initiatives to drive organic user growth. Together with your Latam team and the help of the global marketing team. Continuously evaluate and optimize on results (roi) and learnings.

2) Build the brand and Inner Circle community by having great market knowledge and knowing the target audience needs.
Be the eyes and ears of the local markets, provide context to the global and local team to make sure the brand stands out while being globally cohesive. Be on top of local consumer trends, competitors, research to drive practical insights that helps our brand resonate and innovate. Ensure the brand is aligned with brand guidelines, is truly Daring, Authentic and Ambitious, while being relevant to our core target audience in the Latam markets and different cultures.

3) Manage and optimise ROI and create a scalable playbook way of working
Define and manage budgets per LATAM market for corresponding initiatives and experiments to drive scalable growth and reach targets. Evaluate on ROI and optimize budgets (quarterly rhythm). Coordinate the execution in an effective way with your team through solid planning and priorities, including clear stakeholder management. Implement and help optimize the playbook way of working to find new opportunities for scalable growth and work with corresponding planning tools and experimental way of working.

4) Lead the Latam team to drive member growth and be an example yourself

Enable a safe and creative environment where ideas flow. Provide the spark that turns ideas into concrete actions, learnings and results. Coach the team in a target and data driven experimental way of working that drives results and ROI. Empower the team to blossom and reach their full potential and help execute on it yourself as well. Work with feedback to help each other in their personal development and a great team cooperation towards growth.

  1. You are an experienced Marketer with a proven track record for leading the growth of (tech) scale-ups across LATAM.
  2. Business savvy - you have a commercial entrepreneurial mindset and work target and ROI driven. You know how to negotiate for clever deals/partnerships.
  3. Strategic and analytical mindset -  Combines strategic thinking with customer and market insights and a data driven analytical way of working towards member growth.
  4. Action-oriented - Take opportunities, be proactive and ready to act, execute and implement in a smart and scalable way.

  6. Process management - Strong project management skills, able to organize activities within the team and yourself and to work in an effective manner to reach targets.
