Product Analyst (Amsterdam)

The goal of the role

Your role is to turn the product data that the Inner Circle generates into actionable insights. You lead the collection, transformation and visualisation of this data, as well as carrying out deep dives and being the internal source of truth on user behaviour. Your work will inform an evidence-based strategy for getting people together and changing the course of their lives.

Our tooling: SQL, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Python

Four result areas:

1. Deep-dive on complex product questions and present your findings, getting to the heart of how singles use Inner Circle and helping the team to innovate on the feature set / UX.

2. Develop, maintain and upgrade our activity/journey/feature dashboards, so the product team can explore a range of reports and use data in a democratised way, independently locating the information they need to make decisions.

3. Manage the quantitative side of A/B testing, helping colleagues to draw clear conclusions from tests.

4. Become an internal owner for the product data we capture and store in Snowflake. Decide what usage information we need, collaborate with engineers on the collection of that data, and create SQL models to transform it for analysis. Ensure there is no data availability bottleneck slowing us down.

Experience - Must have

• 2+ years in Product Analytics or a similar role, ideally in tech/e-commerce

• Excellent SQL skills

Experience - Nice to Have

• Experience conducting analysis in Python or R

• Experience/understanding of ETL

• Experienced in a developer/creator role with a BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker)

• Experience with Firebase/Google Analytics
