  • On-site
    • Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Job description

Start Date: August 2026

Duration: Minimum 6 months, 32–40 hours per week

Location: Amsterdam (minimum 3 days per week at the office)

Are you ready to make a significant impact on a platform that connects millions of people worldwide? If so, Inner Circle is the place for you. Join our team during this exciting time of global expansion and help us grow even further.

We are offering two internship opportunities within our Product team:

1️⃣  Product Design Internship

2️⃣  Product & Growth Internship

You can indicate your preferred internship track in the application’s screening question.

What You’ll Do

Option 1: Product Design Internship

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Coordinator to create seamless user flows and engaging UX/UI designs that elevate the Inner Circle experience. You will also support user research and product analytics to help improve our product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Support: Assist in setting up, executing, and analyzing monetization experiments to validate hypotheses and maximize revenue growth.

  • Feature Development: Help evolve the feature set, UX, and strategy of our paid products to increase ARPPU, free-to-paid conversion, and paid retention rate.

  • User Research: Identify and lead new research initiatives, recruit for and schedule user interviews and usability testing sessions, and support user feedback sessions to gain insights into user needs.

  • Data Analysis: Generate insights from both internal and external data to increase the success rate of experiments and monetization initiatives.

  • App Store Analysis: Conduct app store reports and analysis to understand market trends and improve our product offerings.

  • Project Management: Ensure the team is organized, hitting deadlines, and recording results.

Option 2: Product & Growth Internship

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of user research, product discovery, and growth experimentation — helping us understand why new users join (and sometimes leave), what keeps existing members coming back, and how we can package our subscription in smarter ways. You’ll talk to real members, shape product requirements, and help run live pricing and growth experiments.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Insights (primary focus)

  • Design and run a recurring program of user interviews with new sign-ups, active members, and churned users to surface insights on acquisition and retention.

  • Recruit participants across our key markets (NL, BR, LATAM), schedule sessions, and coordinate logistics end-to-end.

  • Build discussion guides, take structured notes, and synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights for Product, Growth, and Design.

  • Maintain a lightweight research repository so insights are easy to find and reuse over time.

Product Discovery & Requirements

  • Support specific product initiatives from early problem framing through to writing clear, testable requirements.

  • Help map user journeys, edge cases, and acceptance criteria so engineers and designers can move fast with confidence.

  • Coordinate with Design, Data, and Engineering to keep initiatives moving and unblock decisions.

Pricing & Growth Experiments

  • Help design and set up Limited Time Offers (LTOs) across our subscription tiers, from idea, to plan setup, to in-app surfacing.

  • Partner with Data to define success metrics up front and run post-mortems on results, so each test feeds the next one.

  • Contribute fresh ideas to our pricing and packaging roadmap based on what you hear in user interviews and see in the data.

You’re genuinely curious about how dating apps and premium subscription products work — bonus points if you’ve already checked ours out.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven: You love digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and ensuring accuracy.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

  • Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a team environment, take initiative, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
