Product Owner, Revenue

The #1 goal of your role is to maximise the revenue growth by evolving our subscription and a la carte products, so we can power our global expansion and bring more people together.

As product owner revenue you will report directly to our Head of Product, Val Kontsedailo. You will be also be working cross-functionally, closely together with engineering, data, design, support and marketing.

What are your main result area’s?

  1. Set up, execute, analyse and learn from monetization experiments, so we constantly validate high-impact monetization hypotheses and maximize revenue growth.

  2. Take ownership and evolve the feature set, UX, and strategy of our paid products, so we increase ARPPU, free-to-paid conversion and paid retention rate.

  3. You generate insights and hypotheses by deeply analysing internal as well as external data, so we increase the success rate of experiments and monetization initiatives.

  4. Visualize, communicate and facilitate execution of the monetization roadmap, so we are working on and delivering the highest business value items first.

  5. Manage third-party payment providers and leverage their best offers and features, so we increase the paid retention rate and revenue growth.

Job requirements

What will help make you successful?

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager/owner in a web or mobile business.

  • Excellent analytical skills: you use data to find opportunities, define hypotheses, and run experiments.

  • Solid understanding of the dynamics of subscription revenue generation, conversions, cohorts and retention models.

  • Experience taking ownership and launching new features, from inception to release.

  • Highly collaborative. Builds trust & strong relationships at all levels.

  • You are daring, ambitious, and authentic.
