Product UX/UI Designer - Mobile Apps

Goal of the role

To create beautiful, intuitive, and data-driven product experiences that delight our members and seamlessly support our mission to bring people together every second. You’ll deliver consistent, engaging UX/UI designs that elevate Inner Circle as the go-to community for meaningful connections.

In this role, you’ll elevate our UX/UI design for a seamless, lifestyle-driven user experience, crafting premium, consistent product assets and setting new standards for innovation and impact. You’ll work as part of the Product team, in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and Brand teams.

Result Areas

How will you make an impact?

1. Drive the end-to-end design process, so we build the best-in-class dating app users love. Rapidly iterate and refine design concepts－from initial briefing through final delivery.

2. Execute, maintain, and evolve the UX/UI of Inner Circle, so we provide a consistent user journey throughout the entire user experience and solidify brand recognition.

3. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams, effectively communicate design solutions, so we create alignment across teams and execute quickly and smoothly.

4. User testing, you partake user-testing to discover what resonates with users, based on mock-ups that you iterate on.

What Will Make you Successful:

Experience

• 3+ years in product UX/UI design; ideally 2-3 years in a consumer-facing product design role in the mobile space.

• A portfolio showcasing successful releases of mobile apps (it would be a bonus if it’s across various markets).

• Proficient in Figma, including high-fidelity prototyping and component libraries.

• A high level of craftsmanship when it comes to UI.

• Strong execution skills, especially in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, connecting your work to company initiatives.

• Experience with monetization, subscription services or commerce is highly desirable.

• Outstanding attention to detail with a proven track record of working within and contributing to a design system and brand guidelines.
