Inner Circle is looking for a freelance TikTok Creator based in Brazil to keep our TikTok presence moving every week - consistently, creatively, and fast.

Goal of the role

Make Inner Circle show up on TikTok every week by creating, publishing, and engaging with TikTok-native content that feels authentic, relatable, and worth interacting with.

You’re execution-first: you don’t overthink, you post. You follow trends daily, understand TikTok humour and pacing, and know how to spark interaction through strong POVs and smart prompts.

Result Areas

1. Create and publish TikTok content consistently

• Produce and publish 3–5 TikToks per week using the agreed persona and content guidelines
  

• Shoot, edit, and post fast with a TikTok-first approach (native, not overproduced)
  

• Deliver a solid quality baseline: clear framing, clean sound, strong pacing, readable captions
  

• Build videos with strong hooks and loops to hold attention
  

• Stay on top of trends and turn relevant ones into content within 24–48 hours
  
  

2. Drive interaction through content and comments

• Create videos designed to spark comments, reactions, saves, and shares
  

• Use clear POVs and prompts to encourage interaction
  

• Actively engage in comments and turn recurring questions into follow-up videos
  
  

3. Share lightweight weekly learnings

• Share quick signals on what worked and what didn’t
  

• Flag trends, formats, or comment patterns worth repeating
  

• Apply learnings immediately to the next week’s content

Must-haves

• Deep understanding of TikTok culture and trends (especially Brazil)

• Confident and authentic on camera

• Strong short-form storytelling skills

• Skilled in shooting and editing video (mobile-first)

• Comfortable using editing tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar

• Fast, proactive, and able to work independently

• Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus)

• *Previous experience creating content for lifestyle, dating, or culture brands is a strong plus
